Think of "roving" with a positive connotation - 2 Chronicles 16:9 describes God with "roving eyes"! 9 "For the eyes of the LORD range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him. ... .”
Where is my heart today? (And what about yours?) This is an unbreakable promise from the heart of God and He always keeps His promises! When my heart is fully committed to Him - when my eyes are fixed on Him, when my heart is committed to Him - then He, the God Who sees and knows all AND Who is ALL-POWERFUL promises to strengthen me! Wow! Awesome! I'm counting on that today!
